The administration of seaports of Ukraine - searches
NABU detectives, together with the SBU, conducted a series of searches in the premises of the State Enterprise “Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“NABU detectives, together with the SBU, under the procedural guidance of the SAP, are carrying out a number of searches in the premises of the State Enterprise “Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine”, its branches and at the place of residence of “USPA” officials in Kyiv, Odessa and the Odessa region,” the message states.
Investigative actions are being carried out as part of an investigation into possible abuses by USPA officials in the procurement of construction services for maritime infrastructure, in particular the provision of illegal preferences to a foreign company.
Preliminary legal qualification - Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. NABU detectives have been investigating these facts since the spring of 2019 based on materials from the SBU.
