At the airport in Burgas, Bulgaria, 27 passengers on a flight to Kyiv were stranded. Some Ukrainian citizens flew to Kyiv this morning.

This was announced by the Consul of the Ukrainian Embassy in Bulgaria Taras Tkachenko.

“Some of the Ukrainian citizens who could not fly out from the city of Burgas since the 15th flew home today at 11:40. At the moment, only 27 people remain at the Burgas airport. At the moment, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the department of consular service, together with the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine are deciding the issue of returning the rest of our citizens and we hope that today our citizens will be returned,” said Taras Tkachenko.
