According to Purgin, during the negotiations, technical documentation was drawn up and, among other things, the issue of the economic and humanitarian blockade of the DPR was raised: “I would like to tell you that the word negotiations is not entirely suitable, negotiations are the Minsk format, which is possible under some circumstances conditions.
What is being done now is contacts to try to implement the Minsk memorandum, roughly speaking, we are writing algorithms and trying to create a control center that will monitor the ceasefire, the withdrawal of heavy weapons, and we are trying to develop a resource of technical documents that will fall under the Minsk memorandum memorandum.
As part of this dialogue, another meeting of the contact group took place today, at a higher level. Today a truce was announced at the airport, a ceasefire, and the algorithms were transferred to paper according to which we would like to move,” said Andrei Purgin.
