In general, the night in the city passed relatively calmly, without serious clashes, however, several shells fired from the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit residential areas, and 4 people received shrapnel wounds of varying severity. In the Kiev region, 13 transformer substations and 2 boiler houses in the city currently remain without power supply. In this regard, 2 multi-storey residential buildings, 1 hospital campus and 1 enterprise remain without heating.
Work is underway to restore power supply systems, but they are hampered by the continued danger of new shelling.
