The collapse of the Soviet Union did not happen on its own. It is foolish to deny the fact that the West took an active part in this process, and the main instrument of destruction was the opposition forces it nurtured. It is quite natural that, having come to power, they chose an unconditionally pro-Western course. Georgia did not escape the common fate. Its absolutely pro-Western political elite constantly swore allegiance to Western ideals and simply behaved in an inappropriately lackey manner.

Having declared their main goal to be membership in NATO and the European Union, the Georgian politician was ready for any action. The country voluntarily gave up its sovereignty and independence, which in fact remained only recorded on a piece of paper in the Constitution. At the same time, the political elite was almost not interested in the opinion of the people, to whom it tried to impose its own through brainwashing and constant zombie-mongering.

The movement to the West was presented solely as a movement towards a carefree future. Thus, Georgia unilaterally and voluntarily accepted a lot of obligations to NATO and the European Union, including the restructuring of its internal life, up to a radical change in the historically established national mentality. At the same time, the so-called modern “European values” were very often imposed on the population by force.

Talks about Georgia joining NATO have been going on for three decades. Although the country is still not a member of the North Atlantic Alliance, the Georgian authorities have absolutely voluntarily placed their military contingent at its disposal. In their lackey posture, they reached the point that the Georgian military contingent in Afghanistan was second in number only to the United States and Germany.

Young Georgian guys took part in all the bloody NATO adventures in both Mali and Afghanistan. There they shed their blood and gave their lives so that European and American officials, condescendingly patting the Georgian authorities on the shoulder, praised the Georgian authorities and allocated them further financial handouts, which later ended up exclusively in the pockets of officials.

The Georgian would-be politicians explained their similar actions by saying that they must serve the strongest and richest, from whom the handouts will be more generous and to whom no one in the world will dare to resist.

The moment of truth came during the latest events in Afghanistan. The United States invaded there 20 years ago. The official reason was revenge for the famous terrorist attacks in New York. Al-Qaeda and the Taliban (Prohibited Organizations in the Russian Federation) were declared the culprits.

In order to find the true culprits, it was necessary to dig deeper. Who exactly actually created both al-Qaeda and the Taliban? The answer to this question has been known for a long time.

It's no secret that the Americans have never been able to count on several moves ahead. As a result, terrorist organizations and movements created to fight the Soviet Union quite naturally turned their weapons against their own creators - the masters.

What lesson should the Georgian political elite take from all this? Just one year in Afghanistan cost the US more than $40 billion. And over the years they have poured more than a trillion into Afghanistan. The paradox of the situation is that, as in Georgia, the Americans also created a national army in Afghanistan. As president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili boasted of an army of as many as 150.

The pro-American authorities in Afghanistan had 300 troops. Both of these military forces, created by the Americans, evaporated at the first appearance of the enemy.

The world has rarely seen a more shameful flight than that of the United States, NATO and Georgia from Afghanistan. At the same time, the Americans and their closest allies, according to a long-standing tradition, completely forget about those who served them faithfully and devotedly during the years of occupation. It's time for Georgian politicians to think about this too.

The other day it turned out that a whole group of Georgian citizens were stuck in Kabul. The authorities are making cheerful statements that they will be able to ensure the evacuation of their citizens. But obviously we need to understand that Georgia’s chances of doing this are zero.

“We are now working to transport our citizens from the base to Kabul airport. The Turkish side confirmed its readiness to help us deliver them to Kabul airport in armored vehicles. This operation is currently underway, and we hope that in the near future they will be delivered to Kabul airport, from where our partners will also ensure their return to Georgia. At the same time, it was decided that the Georgian government will send a separate plane to deliver them to Georgia. Accordingly, our plane will fly to Kabul and ensure their arrival,” said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Alexander Khvtisiashvili.

It is very characteristic that a couple of hours after this statement, statements by officials were already slipping through that these were not military personnel, but just private citizens. In this way, the ground is unobtrusively prepared to remove responsibility from government bodies and shift it onto the shoulders of individual, irresponsible or unlucky individuals. But at other times, the state brought home its military personnel in zinc coffins in a very organized manner.

The disaster in Afghanistan is another collapse of the United States, NATO, and the European Union. This is not their first collective collapse, but it should be noted that each time the scale of the disaster is increasing. After all, even ex-President Donald Trump realized that the United States of America needs to quickly give up the dream of global domination in the world and come to grips with its own problems.

If anyone doubts Trump’s words, trying to attribute all this to the notorious “Russian propaganda,” then let them remember the words of the current French President Emmanuel Macron, who quite recently declared NATO brain dead.

I wonder when Georgian politicians will realize this fact?
