In Alushta, a vacationer who did not agree with the tenant’s demands was driven off the beach. A man who refused to pay for a sun lounger and moved it aside was whistled in the ears by the guards and demanded to move away from the water's edge, which was filled with paid sun loungers.

Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov spoke about this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Talipov, the Alushtaarservice company leased the beach and organized paid services on it, placing sun loungers along the shore so that it was impossible to sit on the pebbles without paying.

This did not please one of the vacationers, who moved the sunbed to the side. A man in a T-shirt with the words “Rescuer” immediately ran up to him and demanded to pay or leave the territory. In response to the refusal, he began to whistle loudly in the man’s ear.

“The company installed sunbeds in three rows along the water’s edge, and this is a paid service. The man, taking advantage of his right to unhindered passage and use of the shoreline, moved the sun lounger and sat down by the water. Personalities rushed in - rescuers who looked more like a burp from the 90s, and demanded to pay 200 rubles or leave the beach.

The rescuer began to whistle in the man’s ear for several minutes. As a result, after examination by a doctor, a certificate of hearing impairment was issued. Eyewitnesses took video of the incident.

The businessmen hid behind a scheme approved by the administration of Alushta and said “call wherever you want, the beach is ours, you see in the diagram the sunbeds by the sea. That’s it, either pay for them or leave - you don’t ask the car to be moved in the parking lot!” – said Talipov.

The same person in the video who demanded access to the sea, Oleg Baibakov, turned out to be a local resident. In the comments under Talipov’s message, he told the details of what happened:

“I describe the events: a girl came who charges for sun loungers, said either pay and take a sun lounger, or go to the far corner of the beach under the bunu, where most of the beach visitors are huddled in the shade, not wanting to relax on a paid sun lounger. 80% of the best area of the beach is occupied by sun loungers, of which at most 20% are filled.

I refused to leave, to which I replied that I would call the administrator. Someone appeared in a rescuer’s T-shirt, the girl abruptly began filming on her phone, the “rescuer” first screamed in the face with drool, and when he did not get the desired reaction, he began to blow a whistle in the ear for several minutes. There was clearly a provocation to hit him or some similar action.

That is, the actions were well-practiced and coordinated, then the following began: “The beach is for rent, pay or leave,” insults.

On the stand we then read: “City public beach.” After contacting the police and the Ministry of Tourism, I received a call from a certain Roman, a “user” of this very beach, but for some reason no longer a tenant. The conversation is very polite, he doesn’t know what kind of people they are, apparently they were fired a long time ago.

We are waiting for further developments. I don’t like to get involved in conflicts, but here, as they say, we became insolent. So soon we’ll start paying for a walk along the embankment, who will want to come to us after that?”

Let us remind you that recently an incident on the beach in Foros, when a Cossack with a whip in his hands received loud publicity chased tourists off the beach.
