An explosion occurred near the FSB building in Arkhangelsk, resulting in the death of one person.
This was reported by the Mash telegram channel.
It is noted that the explosive device went off between the first and second doors near the metal detector. The deceased was at the main entrance.
The channel clarifies that everyone was evacuated from the building, and Troitsky Avenue in Arkhangelsk was blocked.
