Former US President Bill Clinton would become a good president of Ukraine, but for this he needs to obtain Ukrainian citizenship.

Semyon Gluzman, President of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine, stated this in a commentary to the Kyiv magazine “New Time”, answering the question of who he would like to see as the next head of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I would vote for Bill Clinton. Because I like him. And he also loves girls. This is for Ukraine, and we are not a Protestant country. And the fact that he now does not have Ukrainian citizenship is not a problem. All Clinton needs to do is ask Poroshenko for citizenship. But Poroshenko easily gives citizenship,” said Gluzman.
