In Avdeevka, where Ukrainian troops attempted to break through the DPR positions last night, fighting continues – ambulances are rushing around the city, local resident Artem Koshelev reports on his VKontakte page.

“Shells were landing on positions 400 meters from my sister’s house... Ambulances were “rushing” around the city. The old part of the city is partially without electricity, the brigade is not leaving, they are waiting for the shelling to stop,” he wrote.
Among the local residents there are victims of shrapnel wounds. As a rule, these are people living near the industrial zone where clashes continue.
