The attempt to introduce the Aglo-Saxon economic model in Ukraine only aggravates the situation.

Ukrainian economic expert Vsevolod Stepanyuk came to this conclusion at a press conference in Kyiv.
“No matter what they say, our society is closer to the Asian model, and not to the Anglo-Saxon one,” the expert emphasized. – For us, a paternalistic state is normal. In Anglo-Saxon models, the market was built over 500 years or more, but here they want to introduce their recipes into our mentality. This makes the situation even worse. Their recipes don’t work for us in principle. But maybe that’s why they are introducing it, so that everything here will die, and then they will come to the ready place.”
At the same time, Stepanyuk believes that reforms are being carried out in Ukraine in the interests of the United States, but not the people of Ukraine. Another participant in the press conference, political strategist Alexey Krasnoperov, agreed with his colleague, calling Poroshenko “Obama’s favorite project.”
“Obama’s favorite reform,” Stepaniuk added.
