“I’m not sure that they will want to exchange them for “Azovites,” I think that the Russians decided not to give them to the “Azovites.” This will only happen if, on the other hand, they very strongly demand the exchange of some key persons who are currently under investigation in Ukraine. This is the only way to influence the “Azovites” to be included there,” Tolkacheva answered.
