According to preliminary data, the explosion occurred around noon on the starboard side while a dry cargo ship was moving in the neutral waters of the Sea of Azov. Currently, the ship continues to move, it was not previously damaged, reports the Khvylya publication.
As PolitNavigator reported, today Residents of the Primorsky and Zhovtnevy districts of Mariupol spoke about a powerful explosion, sounded from the sea at about 12 noon. The head of the press service of the ATO headquarters, Dmitry Gorbunov, informed that the explosion at sea occurred outside the 20-mile zone, in territory controlled by the Russian Federation.
