“I drove through most of the sections of Bakhchisarai. Elections are taking place calmly everywhere. There are more people than usual in the elections of the President, Verkhovna Rada, and local bodies. It's raining, but the turnout is high. There are no provocations.

The media reported that Umerov announced that the referendum would not take place in Bakhchisarai and was not taking place. This is nonsense and lies.

No gun barrels, as the Ukrainian press claims, no violent actions, etc. - this is all untrue. People come and vote with pleasure,” Yurchenko said.

“In general, in Bakhchisarai 50% of the local population has already voted. Now I am in the village of Nauchny, where the turnout has already exceeded 60%,” the deputy clarified.
