In Bakhchisarai this morning, a police car with a St. George's ribbon blocked the way for supporters of the Majlis, banned in the Russian Federation for extremism, who were heading to a memorial plaque dedicated to the expulsion during the Great Patriotic War.
The incident was reported by the daughter of one of the leaders of the Majlis, Aishe Umerova.

“There is a police officer on duty nearby, and there are a bunch of civilians around. After 10 minutes of arguing, the car was finally driven away,” she said.
