The International Settlement Bank has provided a service for withdrawing cash from Russian bank cards in the territories of the DPR and LPR.
The information appeared on the bank’s official website, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is reported that CB "MRB Bank" together with the payment system "Plus!" provides residents of the DPR and LPR, as well as guests of the republics, a new service for withdrawing funds from cards of Russian banks.
Cash can be withdrawn from Russian cards, with the exception of Visa and Mastercard payment systems.
