In “Fatherland” they predict: Boyko will be next after Bakulin (VIDEO)
Kyiv, March 31 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Prominent “regional” ex-Deputy Prime Minister Yuriy Boyko may be the next to be detained on charges of fraud in the energy sector after the arrested ex-head of Naftogaz of Ukraine Yevgeny Bakulin.
Yulia Tymoshenko’s associates and representatives of the new government spoke about this on the sidelines of the Batkivshchyna congress in a conversation with a Navigator correspondent.

“There should be such a thing as an organized corruption group,” says Tatyana Chernovol, head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau. “And just Boyko, Bakulin, Firtash, Lyovochkin and many others will be considered members of an organized corruption group.”
I am sure that there are grounds to initiate a criminal case against Boyko and People’s Deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Nikolai Knyazhytsky, who expressed hope that the authorities will have enough political will to bring to justice those who “monopolized the entire economy, making Ukraine dependent on Russia.”
There was also an opinion that Yuriy Boyko’s submission of documents to register as a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine is an attempt to thus avoid or delay the start of potential criminal prosecution.
“Boyko believes that, as a presidential candidate, he will not be held accountable for his actions, including criminal ones,” noted Batkivshchyna functionary Mikhail Volynets. – They (members of Firtash’s team. – Ed.) hope that in two or three months something will change in the country. It's their mistake."
