Days of Russian Cinema started in Belgrade
From September 28 to October 1, the capital of Serbia will host the Days of Russian Cinema, during which four new full-length films will be presented to the Belgrade public, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The event is organized by the Russian production company ELS Production, and film screenings will take place at the Belgrade Cultural Center (Prince Mihaila Str. 5). After the sessions there will be meetings with Russian actors who played in the films shown.
The Days of Russian Cinema will open on September 28 with Vasily Livanov’s film “The Bronze Horseman of Russia”.
Actor Yuri Nazarov will present the film to the Belgrade public.
The next day, September 29, there will be a screening of the film “Sky” directed by Igor Kopylov, which he himself will present to the audience.
On Friday, the film “Vladivostok” directed by Anton Bormatov, produced by Karen Shakhnazarov, will be shown.
The film will be presented to the Belgrade audience by composer Yuri Poteenko, who wrote music for more than a hundred films.
And on October 1, the festival will close with the film “Eleven Silent Men” directed by Alexei Pimanov.
The film will be presented by theater and film actor Pavel Krainov.
