In the Chernigov region, a group of local residents was detained who organized the illegal transportation of men of military age across the state border of Ukraine to Belarus.

“Under the procedural leadership of the Chernihiv regional prosecutor’s office, two people were exposed who, during the period of martial law, acting by prior conspiracy, organized the illegal transfer of men across the state border of Ukraine on the territory of the Chernihiv region (Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” it says. message.
According to preliminary data, two brothers, in order to organize the illegal transportation of residents of the Chernigov region to the Republic of Belarus, provided him with a rubber boat to cross the river along which the state border line of Ukraine runs.
After this, the citizen was taken to a section of the border territory of the Chernigov district of the region at a distance of 25 m to the state border line of Ukraine, and was also instructed about the conditions for illegal border crossing. For organizing the illegal transportation, one of the brothers received a monetary reward in the amount of UAH 100.
Let us recall, as PolitNavigator reported, every day Ukrainian border guards refuse to allow about 100 people to leave, sometimes this number can reach 200. Most of them are men who are subject to restrictions on entry across the border.
