“As soon as we arrived, we immediately sat down: a meeting in the Normandy format on the situation in Ukraine began in Berlin,” he wrote.
According to the journalist, together with Putin, Russia is represented at the negotiating table in the Normandy format by Sergei Lavrov and Vladislav Surkov.
“Poroshenko and Klimkin represent Ukraine at the negotiations in Berlin,” the journalist added.
