During tomorrow's meeting in the Normandy format, which will be held in Berlin, pressure will be exerted on Ukraine, but not very serious.

Political analyst Armen Gasparyan stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
“There is a feeling that this will be an intermediate meeting. Of course, pressure will be put on Poroshenko, but not as serious as we would like. The fact is that Macron has parliamentary elections coming up - he has no time for harsh statements now, because otherwise he will not be able to create at least some semblance of a coalition there for himself. And Merkel has exactly the same situation. In this regard, it is obvious that, of course, Poroshenko will be reprimanded for non-compliance with the Minsk agreements, for the blockade, and in general for the laws that have been adopted recently in Ukraine. But a more serious conversation will not take place until after elections are held in France and Germany. Unfortunately, this is a characteristic of serious international politics. It’s unlikely that Macron and Merkel will go all-in at negotiations tomorrow,” Gasparyan predicts.
