Sad events await Ukraine in the coming months in Donbass
President Poroshenko received a command from the American administration to shell Donetsk in order to demonstrate force and strengthen his position in the upcoming negotiations.

This opinion was expressed by DPR parliament member Vladislav Berdichevsky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The escalation in Donbass, as always, occurs after Poroshenko’s meeting or conversation with Western politicians. This time it was a conversation with Tillerson. And before that there was Volcker’s visit to Kyiv, where the US special representative gave urgent advice to negotiate with the Kremlin on a resolution on peacekeepers. There is also an obvious connection between Trump's future meeting with Putin. It’s clear that Poroshenko received a command to demonstrate force to strengthen his negotiating position,” Berdichevsky believes.
At the same time, he is confident that a show of force will not help Ukraine.
“Most likely, within three to four months, sad events will occur in military-political terms for Kyiv,” he concluded.
