A Russian screenwriter died in the battles for Artyomovsk
In the battles for the liberation of Artyomovsk, Russian screenwriter Leonid Korin died heroically.
His friend, director Pavel Drozdov, reported this on his page on the social network, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Russian screenwriter Korin died during the assault on Bakhmut. Volunteered for the Wagner PMC. He worked on scripts for the films “Ice” and “Battle for Sevastopol,” he wrote.

Previously, Leodin Korin worked on scripts for the films “Ice” and “Battle for Sevastopol”. He also took part in the creation of the series “The Last Cop”, “I See-I Know”, “Family Detective” and “Foundry”.
When the Special Operation began, he went to the front as a volunteer and fought as part of the Wagner PMC.
It is reported that Korin died on March 29 and was listed as missing for a long time. The cause of death is unknown, probably multiple shrapnel wounds. It is noted that Korin’s body was identified by a tattoo.
The farewell date for the hero has not yet been announced.
