Local drug addicts and psychos with criminal records are being recruited into the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigade in the Luhansk region
The need to conceal an acute shortage of militants in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbas before the command forces Ukrainian officers to take desperate and criminal steps.
This was stated during the briefing by the representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Yakov Osadchiy, the correspondent of "PolitNavigator" reports.
According to him, the shortage of personnel of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the OOS zone remains one of the main problems of the Ukrainian command.
“So, in the 59th brigade, due to the large shortage of personnel, the command of the formation faced the question of fulfilling the instructions of the General Staff about sending servicemen to the 169th training center“ Desna ”for advanced training courses.
In a desperate situation, the commander of the Shvyryak brigade, in violation of the instructions of the Chief of the General Staff, ordered the recruitment of persons from the local population, including the unreliable contingent, to contract service, ”Osadchy said.
According to the information received, 34 militants serving in the brigade are on drug and psychiatric records and 46 have criminal records.
