The legal illiteracy of the “reformed” Ukrainian police and the failure of the promised “reform” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are especially pronounced in the provinces. So, in Brusiliv, a small regional center in the Zhytomyr region, two police officers tried to stop and break into a car, the owner of which had just been complained to the police department.

At the police station, an operational report was received at the desk of the duty officer, which contained a statement against the owner of the Gazelle. And then the duty officer saw a car matching the description, which calmly drove past the control.

The policeman immediately ran out into the street and tried to stop the car. The driver slowed down. On the other hand, another security officer, a representative of the department’s management, ran up to the car.

Both law enforcement officers began trying to break into the salon without explanation.

The driver, in turn, simply pressed the gas pedal, and one of the policemen, clutching the handle, “kissed” the asphalt.

Court justified the driver’s behavior towards the police, who, according to the new norms of the law, did not have the right to stop the car - at that time, criminal proceedings had not yet been opened against the owner of the car.

However, the judge did not give a legal assessment to the actions of the police, although the entire incident was recorded by a surveillance camera.

However, for the fight, which was the reason for contacting the police, the driver was sentenced to two years of restriction of freedom.
