The Bundestag warned that Ukraine has no moral right to talk about human rights in the Russian Federation
In the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, whose annual session is currently taking place in Berlin, the delegations from the United States, Ukraine and Sweden are most hostile towards Russia.
Member of the German delegation, Bundestag deputy Markus Frohnmayer told Izvestia about this.
“Completely different issues - from human trafficking to child abuse - are used by some delegations during the OSCE PA to raise the issue of the conflict in Ukraine. The delegations from the USA, Ukraine and Sweden are the most hostile. In my speech on Tuesday, I intend to make it clear to parliamentarians from these countries that not everyone present supports this anti-Russian performance,” said the German deputy.
In his opinion, the Ukrainian side does not have the moral right to use the issue of human rights in its propaganda.
“Some time ago I was in the conflict zone in Donbass and saw what the Ukrainian military was doing to civilians,” Frohnmayer said. “That is why they have no moral right to talk about human rights violations in Russia.”
