In the former Dnepropetrovsk they are preparing to completely ban public listening to Russian music
The Dnepr City Council intends to ban public listening to Russian performers in public places. The corresponding draft decision was published on the city administration website, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, songs by Russian artists will not be allowed to be listened to in minibuses, parks, restaurants and catering establishments, as well as in other public places. Ukrainian performers who supported “aggression against Ukraine” were also subject to sanctions.
“The Inspectorate for the Improvement of the Dnieper City Council will verify the implementation of this decision,” the text of the document says.
Earlier, in a publication justifying the ban on Russian artists performing in Ukraine, the magazine “Ukrainian Week” claimedthat Russian performers are playing on the same side with the leadership of the FSB. And member of the expert council at the State Cinema Committee of Ukraine Dmitry Kapranov equated Russian performers to nitrates.
