In the center of Kyiv, “Euroblachers” got into a fight with policemen
Protests by the owners of “Euro badges” in Kyiv on Grushevsky Street escalated into a skirmish and a mass brawl with the police. reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
As previously reported, “Euroblachers” blocked traffic on Grushevskogo Street with threats of an all-Ukrainian blockade of roads if their demands are not met, namely: a reduction in customs duties for registration and re-registration of cars under Ukrainian legislation.
The clash occurred when the police tried to remove one of the tires with which the protesters were blocking the road, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Also in the video you can see at least one activist being restrained by law enforcement officers and a verbal altercation between the parties under the building of the Verkhovna Rada.
However, the police deny the fact of the fight.
“There were no clashes there, and you can use your phone at any location in the city. There was no fight, no injuries, no arrests. They only took the tires from them and that’s it,” the press service of the Kyiv National Police assures.
At the same time, there is an opinion that the president of UkrAVTO, ex-regional member Tariel Vasadze, is interested in maintaining this state of affairs with customs duties.
“Well, okay, the “blachers” are savages and boors. And many voted for Ze. And they often throw cigarette butts at their feet. Then they get double thanks. While we, all the beautiful and smart ones, are sucking our paws, these are doing the work.
