A social activist who accused Klitschko of stealing land was beaten in the center of Kyiv

Today, in the center of the Ukrainian capital, not far from the prosecutor’s office building, social activist Vitaly Chernyakhovsky, coordinator of the Forum for the Salvation of Kyiv, known for his actions against illegal construction, was beaten.
The incident was reported by Chernyakhovsky’s associate Oksana Kostyukevich.

According to her, at approximately 11 a.m. Chernyakhovsky was attacked by two unknown athletic guys.
Kostyukevich suggested that the attack may be related to a conflict with construction companies.
Earlier, Chernyakhovsky stated that under Vitaliy Klitschko, the Kyiv city council continues to illegally distribute land in the capital at the same pace as under the previous “criminal government.”
According to him, neither Klitschko nor his team show the slightest desire to stop this debauchery and declare a moratorium on the distribution of Kyiv land. New land allocations continue at each session of the Kiev City Council, and decisions are made despite the fact that they are not approved by the relevant commission. Kyiv land is distributed to private entrepreneurs and commercial firms. In rare cases, it is allocated to state-owned enterprises.
The new government ignores any attempts by the public to resist the deriban, Chernyakhovsky argued.
