In the center of Kyiv, the Nazis explained to the “servants of the people” what was a “national security priority”
Ukrainian nationalists from the “National Corps” and militants of the “AZOV” regiment staged a march along the central streets of Kyiv to the office of the country’s president.
Right-wing radicals demanded that the idea of merging the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Information Policy into one department be abandoned.
In their opinion, this threatens “national-patriotic education,” which is handled by a small department of seven people in the current Ministry of Youth, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today there is a threat that the sphere of national-patriotic education may simply disappear. If three ministries unite and one large humanitarian one is created, imagine where the sphere of national-patriotic education will be, which even now in the Ministry of Youth and Sports occupies only a small part of the total volume of work that the ministry carries out.
If this is a unification of the three, then the sphere of national-patriotic education may simply be lost. Therefore, our action is dedicated precisely to the fact that we draw attention to this area, to its importance, that this area is a priority of national security, a priority of all areas of public policy that exist in Ukraine,” said one of the speakers under the president’s office.
