On March 5, at a session of the Vatutinsky City Council, deputies considered the issue of renaming Soviet-era streets and squares, reports the press service of the Cherkasy regional organization of the VO “Batkivshchyna”.
In particular, Lenin Street was renamed the Street of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, and Lenin Square was renamed the Ukrainian Pilot Nadezhda Savchenko Square.
