One of the observers reported an attempt by the commission members to fill out the protocol prematurely. After which, People's Deputies of Ukraine Andrei Lozovoy and Boris Filatov arrived at the scene of the incident, accompanied by journalists and unknown persons.
The presence of people’s deputies at the polling station contradicts the law of Ukraine “On the Election of People’s Deputies of Ukraine,” according to which people’s deputies have the right to be at the polling stations only during personal voting.
After lengthy discussions, at the request of the people's deputies, the chairman of the commission opened the room where the safe is located, in which the protocol forms are stored. After inspecting the premises, the people's representatives stated that the safe door was slightly open.
An authorized representative of Gennady Korban drew up an act on the likely start of filling out the protocol before the end of voting.
Then a patrol of fighters from the Kirovograd battalion arrived at the site.
