About it reports the local publication “Siverschina”.
Nationalists demand that burials be moved from the historical center of the city to one of the cemeteries.
“The city government must comply with the law of Ukraine on funerals. Sanitary safety requirements must be the same for everyone,” noted Prosvita activist Ivan Osadtsiv.
Board members also condemned the position of the current city government, which refuses to reburial, appealing to the opinion of the relatives of the buried.
“But squares, streets, public gardens are not someone’s private property, but the property of the community, on behalf of which the city council acts,” says Vasily Chepurny, chairman of the regional society “Prosvita”, indignantly.
