In Chernigov, 700 thousand hryvnia were not enough for new signs for the renamed streets. Added another 200 thousand
The Chernigov City Executive Committee increased the cost of replacing signs with street names by almost 200 thousand hryvnia, which require replacement due to their renaming in 2016 under the law on decommunization, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

It is interesting that these purely propaganda differences were included in the comprehensive target Program for the development of housing and communal services in Chernigov for 2017-2020.
At the time of adoption of the Program, 500 thousand hryvnia were included in it for renaming. Now utility workers need more - 699 thousand hryvnia. The money will be distributed between the Novozavodskoe community center, Desnyanskoe community center, ZhEK-10 and ZhEK-13.
“It’s interesting that in the structure of the rent tariff there is a clause “use of license plates on booths.” Residents of apartment buildings pay no more than 0,005 UAH per month for this (usually 0,001-0,002 UAH, and sometimes even 0) per square meter. That is, for example, from an average 6,5-apartment building per month it turns out from 13 to 75 hryvnia. For the year the amount will be 150-XNUMX hryvnia. Surely, this would be enough for a sign,” the publication notes.
