According to the Ukrainian police, the book of the Orthodox writer contains “separatist calls”, as well as “indirect calls for changing the borders of Ukraine, in particular for the restoration of the Russian Empire within the borders of the former USSR at the expense of states, part of which is the “Russian population”, including Ukraine "
Also, the author of the book calls for separation from the newly formed empire of the western part of Ukraine - “Bandera’s Galicia”.
The book at the Orthodox exhibition led to a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine).
