About it reports the website of the city of Chernigov 0462.ua.

According to the State Border Service, the man explained his decision by saying that he was allegedly being persecuted on Russian territory. Already, together with the SBU officers, the border guards found out that the Russian was repeatedly brought to justice in Russia. As part of the investigations, his home was searched several times.

As a result, the man and his family were allowed across the border and sent to the migration service. His details are not disclosed.
