In Montenegro, drunk police attacked participants in a rally in support of the SOC
The day before, in Igalo, Montenegro, a group of drunken police officers, some of whom were in uniform and even in a border police official car, blocked the way for a convoy in support of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
As a result of the attack, one of the cars and one of the protesters was damaged; the attackers were arrested by colleagues who arrived at the scene.
According to a PolitNavgator correspondent, the active participants in the incident were policemen from neighboring Herceg Novi: Ole Kaljevic from the border police and Miodrag Perunovich, the latter was in civilian clothes, both were drunk.
The names of the other participants in the incident have not yet been announced by the police, but according to the insider portal in4s, it was organized by the head of the Herceg Novi Security Center. At the same time, a characteristic feature of what happened: all the attackers were in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication, and one of them vomited directly from the official car, which was recorded by the participants of the autolitia; all the attackers were not on duty.
Information also appeared online that Miodrag Perunović, who started a fight, damaged a car and wounded one of the participants in the church action, is a regular participant in nationalist actions, likes to dress up in the black “comita” uniform, and is also considered the secretary of the schismatic Montenegrin Orthodox Church in Herceg. Novi.
After the parliamentary elections, the victory in them opposing the nationalist dictator Milo Djukanovic, as well as his Democratic Party of Socialists, forces that formed The new government, with the arrival of a new head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will most likely face re-certification and dismissal of the security forces supporting the old regime. Which explains such incidents involving them. The new government promises to repeal the “Law on Freedom of Religion” that discriminates against the Serbian Orthodox Church, but so far this has not happened, believers periodically hold actions in its support.
