As the publication “From and to” reports, the small village of Voloka in the Chernivtsi region received 50 summonses to the army, which caused the anger of local residents.
Mothers, wives, daughters, sisters of conscripts demanded that the Ukrainian government stop the ATO and stop mobilization
“We didn’t want war, we weren’t looking for war. Let those who actively shouted on the Maidan go to fight. We are one village, we are one family, and we will not let any of our people fight! - said the village residents. - Let's start - let them figure it out themselves. We will lie here as corpses, but we will not give our children anywhere. Let them understand this and don’t come here with subpoenas anymore!”
Today, village residents met with OSCE representatives. The latter, after talking with the protesters, promised to take their opinions into account when drawing up reports on monitoring the situation in Bukovina.
As Navigator reported, earlier in Nikolaev, mothers and wives of paratroopers blocked the bridge.
