After the start of the election campaign, not a single court decision will be able to stop the election process, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was stated by the Secretary of the Central Election Commission Natalia Bernatskaya.
“According to the current legislation, if the election process has begun, then none of the court decisions can stop it. As soon as the decree is promulgated (presidential decree on the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada - Ed.), from the next day we will already be in the election process,” Barnatskaya told reporters after the inauguration of the President of Ukraine.
Earlier today, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced that he was dissolving the Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation.
