In Davos, no one will talk to Zelensky’s kindergarten
On the economic forum in Davos Neither major world leaders nor business representatives will talk to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his team.
Pavel Rudyakov, head of the Perspektiva information and analytical center, stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“No one will meet with Zelensky there. Not only Trump, but even the fifth member of the delegation, or, as they usually come to us, the seventh assistant to the fifth deputy head of the State Department.
That is, there is interest, but since we are in such a difficult situation with the Americans, they will not meet with us. Europe, Germans and French. They have an interest in us. This interest may look a little different than it did five years ago, but it is there. But Merkel and Macron met less than two months ago in Paris at the Normandy format summit.
And at this summit they showed their interest, but at the same time they gave him, and he voluntarily took on several assignments. They will talk to him again after he fulfills, fails to fulfill, or fulfills in his own way, but, from their point of view, fails to fulfill, the instructions that they gave him.
Before that, no one will talk to him about any further steps. This is a very serious level, there is all this talk about nothing, just to meet and say: “Mr. President, you are a good guy, we are glad to meet with you” - no one will waste time on this.
According to the Office of the President, I did not see a single meeting on the sidelines of Davos. And he won’t have time for this - he is speaking in the evening, I think, after that he will be present at the panel at which he will speak, and he needs to fly to Israel,” Rudyakov noted.
In his opinion, the Ukrainian president at this forum will be accompanied by a “kindergarten” that is not interesting to anyone.
“Goncharuk will represent us, but to assume that one of the serious businessmen, and not government officials, will talk to him - it would be necessary to bring a couple of billion euros there and distribute free packs instead of caps.
One of the journalists wrote that a kindergarten was coming from Servant of the People. And the youngest deputy, Mr. Yurashko, just fell into this group. Well, who will talk to him, what will they talk to him about? And these guys who are traveling are sure that they have grabbed the firebird of power by the tail and are holding it tightly. But no one will talk to them. This is bad for us,” the expert concluded.
