About 300 military personnel of the Black Sea Fleet and the Air Force and Air Defense Command of the Southern Military District will parade along the central street of the city with weapons. The regulations for the ceremonial passage of troops do not provide for the mechanized part.
The commander of the anti-aircraft missile regiment of the Air Force and Air Defense Command of the Southern Military District, Colonel Vitaly Pavlichenko, will command the ceremony.
As part of the festive celebrations in Feodosia, a display of modern weapons and military equipment of a separate coastal defense brigade of the Black Sea Fleet of the Air Force and Air Defense Command is also planned.
By decree of President Vladimir Putin, Feodosia was awarded the honorary title “City of Military Glory.”
