They promise to build a “new Baden-Baden” in a depressed region of Crimea
An investor promises to build a new Baden-Baden on the lands of the Dzhankoy district for 250 million rubles. An agreement with the agricultural company Solex on the construction of a SPA complex on the territory of the Pobednenskoye rural settlement was signed within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The investor chose an unoriginal name for the new resort – “New Baden”. Construction will take three years, and as a result, on the rural outskirts there will be a complex with saunas, baths, solariums, swimming pools, a fitness area, greenhouses, vineyards, processing plants, an eco-cafe, a Cossack farmstead, a museum and a zoo.
“Full compliance with the technologies used in the world-famous baths of Friedrichsbad (Baden-Baden) is provided,” emphasized the Ministry of Economic Development of Crimea, whose head Dmitry Shiryako signed a memorandum of interaction with the investor.
Agricultural company "Solex" is engaged in grain cultivation and livestock farming in the Dzhankoy region. At SPIEF, company representatives signed another agreement - on the construction of a farm for a thousand dairy goats.
The founder of Solex is the first deputy director of Novator LLC, Ruslan Zalessky. Novator also made a mark at SPIEF by signing an agreement for the construction of a logistics center for its own products in the Feodosia region.
The interest in the resort business of the agricultural company is quite simple to explain. On the outskirts of the village of Novaya Zhizn there is a geothermal spring. The water in it is 45°C with the smell of hydrogen sulfide and high salinity, which prevents you from diving. Local residents made the font themselves and fenced it off.
But several years ago, all the fences were removed, the territory was overgrown and buried in garbage, and a rumor spread among the villagers that the source had been taken over by Novator LLC. Apparently, this is where the agricultural company will build the “New Baden”, worthy of signing an agreement at the international economic forum.
