This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
During the inspection, it was established that in Sevastopol preschool educational institution No. 63, a woman born in 1978 worked as an assistant teacher, who in 2013 was convicted by the Nakhimovsky District Court under Part 1 of Art. 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional grievous bodily harm).
Similar violations were detected in city preschool educational institutions No. 40, No. 91.
“This fact impedes the effective implementation of public policy in the interests of protecting children from factors affecting mental, spiritual and moral development,” the report says.
Based on the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor made representations to the heads of preschool educational institutions, which were reviewed and satisfied. Three previously convicted employees were dismissed.
