As the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the Dnieper Railway reported, the “miner” who reported the allegedly mined building of the Dnipropetrovsk railway station turned out to be a 32-year-old local resident.

He admitted to what he had done and explained that he did it out of desperation, since he was denied admission to serve in the Ukrainian army. The refusal was motivated by the fact that the man had previously been prosecuted.

To date, the investigation into the false report of mining is ongoing.

As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the SBU estimated that a hundred objects had been “mined” in Kharkov alone since the beginning of the year.
