In Dnepropetrovsk, unknown persons installed a red flag with the symbols of the USSR and an explosive-like object attached to it on a high-voltage power pole, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The scene of the incident is on the street. Pasteur was fenced off and traffic on the street was blocked. Employees of the explosives service who responded to the call removed the flag and a dummy explosive device from the support.
An hour later, traffic was restored. An investigation is underway.
