In Dnepropetrovsk, shooting began near the office of Klitschko's party
This morning, in the very center of Dnepropetrovsk, an Opel car with small arms in the trunk burned down.
This was reported by the local information resource “056”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The vehicle was parked at the entrance to the office of the leader of the “Udar Vitali Klitschko” party in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Yuri Simonov. A remote-controlled automatic weapon connected to a separate battery was found in the car. Eyewitnesses said that at approximately nine in the morning they heard several single shots. Soon the Opel burst into flames, after which another burst of shots was heard from it,” the report says.
Rescuers who arrived at the scene quickly extinguished the car.
In addition, gunshot marks were found on the entrance door to the office. The case was transferred to the SBU, there were no injuries or fatalities.
According to local publications, Yuri Simonov was elected leader of Klitschko’s party quite recently. His election was accompanied by a number of publications with “insulting criticism” from the media controlled by the city government.
