So, at one of the factories in Dnepropetrovsk, two security guards celebrated the New Year right at their workplace. One of them, after getting tired of hearing for the umpteenth time about the military exploits of his interlocutor, blurted out a careless phrase: “if it’s so good there, why don’t you come back?” The fight that broke out after this ended with the former ATO participant strangling his colleague and senior comrade with a belt, and then calling his wife to call the police.
His wife immediately rushed to his place of work and did not recognize her husband: he was walking around wildly around the area with two sticks in his hands, muttering something under his breath about being strangled, and only calmed down when the police arrived.
At the trial, it turned out that the only bodily injury of the killer, who tried with all his might to present himself as a victim, was a small mark from a chain with a cross on his neck. The dead man, among other things, had broken ribs and a broken nose.
Industrial District Court of Dnepropetrovsk sentenced former ATO participant for murder for such a minor reason to eight years in prison.
