According to the publication, traffic was blocked for two hours, but after military commissars arrived at the site, the women were persuaded to allow passage.
The sixth wave of mobilization (from June 19 to August 18) has already made a lot of noise.
As lawyer Andrei Verba explained, they plan to mobilize not only those who have special military specialties, but also those who have not served at all.
Against this background, in Dnepropetrovsk, stories from townspeople are multiplying that military commissars are waiting for men at supermarkets, bank branches, at final stops, and at the entrances of large enterprises. It is not uncommon for summonses to be served on the street.
“My son went to work in the morning. At the Topol-2 railway station, he was stopped by military registration and enlistment office employees and handed a summons. He has military service behind him. Now he will spend two weeks on training exercises, and then he will be in the ATO zone. Moreover, when he was already at the training, they called him again from the military registration and enlistment office. They're a mess there!" - said the mother of the mobilized Tamara Nikolaevna.
According to lawyer Andrei Verba, such a spontaneous “catching” of men on the streets and in crowded places can be stopped with the help of numerous collective appeals from citizens to the Ministry of Defense and the President.
“In order to use the provision of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”, it is necessary to write these appeals en masse and explain the problem. Given the global nature of the appeals, this problem will most likely begin to be resolved. With a delay, of course, but they will start,” the lawyer explained.
