The Head of the Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, announced this today, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“This is a law that legitimizes war crimes, justifies the actions of punitive forces and gives complete freedom to violate the constitution of Ukraine,” said the head of the DPR.
Answering a journalist’s question, Alexander Zakharchenko noted that the adoption of this law in the republic will not be left without consequences.
“We will create a People’s Tribunal that will condemn the actions of the punitive forces and the country’s leadership,” the head of the DPR promised.
