The head of the press service of the DPR Armed Forces, Daniil Bezsonov, stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“While in Munich Poroshenko is trying to convince the international community of Ukraine’s desire to establish peace in the Donbass, the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues to carry out his orders and do everything to transform this shaky truce into large-scale hostilities.
Tonight, the Ukrainian occupiers launched another attack by a sabotage and terrorist group. Thus, from positions in the area of the settlement of Peski, a group of Ukrainian militants from the 57th separate motorized infantry brigade under the command of the war criminal Golovashenko, numbering 8 people, tried to conduct a combat sortie. Thanks to the vigilance of our defenders, the enemy was stopped at the approaches to the positions. At least two Ukrainian militants were killed and two were wounded by small arms fire. One of the saboteurs, Vasily Zhemelinsky, abandoned by his colleagues on the battlefield, was captured,” he said.
Also, according to information from a captured Ukrainian soldier, it became known that Ukrainian mortar men, while intoxicated, were firing at civilians in Donbass.
“After talking with him, interesting details emerge. The Ukrainian occupiers are already sitting out their second term in the trenches, waiting for a change. Alcoholism and drug addiction thrive from idleness. So, last night a group of servicemen of the 34th battalion of the 57th brigade, having consumed burnt alcohol, decided to earn medals before leaving the so-called ATO zone. The captured Ukrainian militant said that in the same insane state, the mortarmen of the 57th brigade are shelling populated areas of the Republic,” summed up Daniil Bezsonov.
