The DPR is changing state orders at universities to eliminate staff shortages
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, announced a change in the state order for the training of young specialists in universities in order to solve the problem of shortage of personnel. Pushilin announced this at a meeting with activists of the Donetsk Republic Social Movement on the occasion of the organization’s fifth anniversary.
Leaders of small towns and villages mentioned the existing shortage of personnel; Pushilin confirmed the relevance of the problem, noting that it is also acute not only in the DPR, but also in Russia.
“We need to take a hard look at this issue and think about programs that will encourage professionals to stay here. We have now launched a program for forming government orders for young specialists. Because we don’t need so many economists, financiers and managers. We will train those specialists who are in demand,” said the head of the DPR.
“Now the DPR needs builders, railway workers, machine builders, IT technology specialists, teachers, engineers,” Alexey Muratov, head of the Central Executive Committee of the “Donetsk Republic,” explained to PolitNavigator.
